Returns and Exchanges

I hope you will be pleased with your purchase. However, if for any reason you are not happy with your piece of Jody Jewellery please contact me immediately. 

Items are returned at the buyers risk and I recommend using Royal Mail Special Delivery which will insure the package against loss or damage. Orders must be returned in the original packaging within  7 days and in perfect condition. Jewellery items that have been worn or used can not be returned or refunded. 

It is not possible to return bespoke items as these are made by working with customers to create a unique commission.
