Returns

Our policy lasts 5 days. If 5 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

The types of item are exempt from being returned are Earrings, due to health and safety/hygiene.

READY TO SHIP PIECES 

You may return any unused and unworn pre-made and unaltered Ready to Ship items in their original intact packaging within 5 days after receipt. To approve the return, I must be notified immediately upon receipt of the items. Original delivery fees are not refundable.

Returns should be shipped with postage and insurance pre-paid. I strongly advise insuring all returned shipments for your own security, as I am not liable if your package is lost while returning to me. Return shipping and insurance fees are not reimbursed.

Your refund will be granted within 5 days of receiving the return.
Returned goods mailed without a return authorisation will not be reimbursed.

 

CUSTOM ORDERS

Custom orders are final sales; they cannot be exchanged or returned. This includes the use of stones that are not part of my regular product line. There are also sale pieces, engraved jewellery, and diamond rings graded by GIA.

 

MADE PER ORDER PIECES

Because my jewellery is handmade, I am unfortunately unable to accept returns on made-to-order pieces. As a one-person business, everything I make is handmade and requires time as well as an investment in materials to create your desired piece, as I do not keep stock. I have clear photographs and descriptions that accurately depict the pieces, and you are welcome to contact me for further product information if necessary. I am happy to answer any queries you may have.

  • Under very restricted circumstances, returns on built-to-order items can be made within three days after receipt for a store refund minus shipping expenses. 

 

  • Once accepted, the jewellery must be returned within 10 days in its original packaging and in new/unworn condition. Following the inspection of the object, a store credit will be issued. A 15% restocking fee may apply. If the item is broken or heavily worn, no store credit will be provided, and it will be returned to you. No refunds will be accepted after 30 days.

 

  • If an order is refused and returned to me, I will take a 20% restocking fee from your shop credit once I get the returned box. All shipments include a tracking number, which is emailed when the shipping label is created. 

 

  • Returns and exchanges cannot be made due to an erroneous ring size selected at checkout, so I strongly advise having sized by a local jeweller. I would gladly resize your ring for you. If you need a ring resized after it has been shipped, there will be a fee for upsizing due to metal costs. Also, any local jeweller may resize my rings.

 

 

INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS  

If an order is refused and returned to me due to unpaid customs and duties, a 20% restocking fee will be deducted from your store credit upon receipt of the returned delivery. Returned packages may take 2 - 8 weeks to return to me, depending on the shipping method chosen, and a refund will be issued after receipt and examination.

Customs, duties, and VAT costs are the responsibility of the buyer. Customs and duties are various taxes and levies levied by your own nation. Customs charges have no control over Uk sellers, and they neither benefit from nor receive any of the money they generate. Before making your purchase, familiarise yourself with your country's import rules. In a word, your government will still wish to collect taxes on imported items as if they were acquired in your native nation.
