How long does it take to make my order before it is the ship?
Since every order is custom made with the exception of already made pieces, it will generally take up to 3 to 4 weeks depending on the piece with some pieces. Please only count business days.
Can I modify my order?
Please contact us immediately to see if we can change your order. Sometimes we can but sometimes we can't. Orders cannot be cancelled.
Can you create something with my gold and gemstones or diamonds?
We can scrap your metal for you and use it as a credit towards your new jewellery piece but we won't use the same exact metal in a new piece due to the intense labour required. This can save you some costs but it is not significant due to refining costs. Unfortunately, we are not able to use client-provided gemstones or diamonds.
Are your items made of real gold and sterling silver?
Our jewellery is made with solid gold and sterling silver, it is never plated or dipped.
How do I know if my order has shipped?
Once your order has been successfully processed, you will receive an order confirmation via email. A similar confirmation will be sent when your order has shipped. This confirmation will include the tracking number for your package. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to be updated in the tracking link provided.
Every item in our shop has current production times listed in the description. These dates are an accurate timeframe for when to expect your order to be produced from the date of order and the shipping speed depends on the option you select during checkout. We work as hard as we can to meet or exceed your delivery expectations but please keep in mind that most of our jewellery is made to order and takes time.
Rush orders can only be accommodated only after approval with us via email and a rush production fee will apply.
All UK orders are sent by Royal Mail Special Delivery. Your order is guaranteed to be delivered the next working day after dispatch.
Special Delivery packages are insured up to the full value of the jewellery. Please ensure the delivery address is correct and that someone will be present at the time of delivery (home or work) to sign for the parcel. If you are not home at the time of delivery, the postman will leave a card and you can collect the package from your local delivery office.
Overseas orders over the value of £350.00 are sent free of charge by Royal Mail Airsure or International Signed For Delivery. There is a delivery cost of £11.00 for orders under £350.
For EU countries, please allow one week for delivery.
For international orders, please allow up to 2-4 weeks for delivery. Postage costs do not include possible customs charges for your country. Please contact your customs office for further information.
I take great care in packaging your item to ensure your jewellery is not damaged during transit and arrives with you in perfect condition. Each piece of jewellery is supplied in a jewellery box and as an added bonus a complimentary organic chocolate is included with every order (EU countries only).
Custom-made Jewellery and Custom-sized Rings
Cannot be refunded or exchanged as these pieces are made to the customer's own specifications or size, unless faulty or miss-described. This also applies to items displayed on the website that have been modified to the customer's own specifications (made smaller/larger or shorter/longer etc) and rings made to a specified size.
Please ensure that you provide the correct ring size before ordering, as many rings cannot be resized. We reserve the right to refuse to refund for any item that has been custom made and where the correct size has not been given. We will always do our best to help, however, therefore if there is a problem please contact us.
